Politique d’expédition

We ship orders to the destination address provided by the customer at checkout. Please ensure that all shipping information is accurate and complete. Ndecant is not responsible for delays, losses, or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Once an order has been dispatched, responsibility for the shipment passes to the carrier. Any delivery delays caused by postal services, couriers, weather conditions, strikes, or other circumstances beyond our control are not the responsibility of Ndecant.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other fees imposed by the destination country.

Ndecant is not responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, clearance fees, or additional charges applied by local authorities.

All such fees are the sole responsibility of the customer and must be paid by the recipient upon delivery.

We do not have control over customs inspections, processing times, or decisions made by customs authorities. Delays caused by customs clearance are outside our responsibility.

Refused or Returned Shipments

If a shipment is refused, returned, or abandoned due to unpaid customs fees, incorrect import information, or failure to comply with local regulations, the order will not be eligible for a refund of shipping costs. Refunds for returned items (if applicable) will be processed only after the package is successfully returned to us and may exclude original shipping costs.

Compliance With Local Laws

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the ordered products are legal to import into their country. Ndecant is not liable for shipments seized, destroyed, or delayed by customs due to local laws or regulations.
